What we store

• Account data: your email and a hashed password.
• Stripe restricted key: encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. We never store your full secret key.
• Recovery data: failed-payment metadata pulled from your Stripe account (customer email, amount, invoice link, status) to run and display recoveries.

How we use it

Solely to provide the service: detecting failed payments, sending recovery emails to your customers on your behalf, re-attempting charges, and showing you a dashboard. We do not sell your data or your customers’ data.

Subprocessors

We use Stripe (payments & data source), an email delivery provider for transactional and recovery emails, and an AI provider to generate email copy from the minimal context needed (customer first name, brand, amount).

Your control

You can disconnect a Stripe account at any time, which deletes its recovery history. Revoking the restricted key in Stripe immediately stops all access. To delete your account entirely, email yohann@kipdev.io.
