1. Service

SaveMyMRR helps you recover failed Stripe payments by detecting failed subscription charges, sending recovery emails and re-attempting charges on your behalf, using a restricted Stripe API key you provide.

2. Your Stripe account

You are responsible for the Stripe account you connect and for the restricted key’s scope. You authorize SaveMyMRR to read payment data and re-attempt charges for the purpose of recovery. You can revoke this access in Stripe at any time, which disables the service for that account.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use recovery emails only for legitimate billing communication with your own customers, in compliance with applicable anti-spam and consumer-protection laws.

5. Disclaimer

SaveMyMRR does not guarantee any specific recovery rate. The service is provided “as is” without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
